I have finished several olympic distance triathlons. I was a pretty good swimmer in college. Short-Term Running Goals: I hope to take my fitness to a more serious level by dropping some weight ,running every day, and increasing mileage. Again, very sore and tired before running. Did not even think that I should go. But I felt pretty good after loosening up. Feel great! I recover FASTER with a run.

Hurray! I might never see 213 again. Ran 5 miles after work. Bored at school. Could not wait to get home to my Nevada City and run with Sutter. Felt good. Legs a bit stiff and tired.
